We watch your assessment, so the next change does not catch you out.
Assessments move every cycle, and an appeal window can open and close while a notice sits in a pile. Monitoring watches your home’s record for $19 a year and writes to you when it matters. The renewal terms are stated in full below, before you enroll.
What monitoring includes
While your plan runs, we:
- Watch your home’s assessment record and email you when its assessed value changes
- Email you before each appeal deadline that applies to your home, in time to order a packet and file
- Send one prompt before your township’s next window with the new county value and whether the sales still support an appeal, and only when the numbers show a case. When they do not, that season’s email says the value looks in line, and monitoring stays the only offer
Plainly, on the money: the $19 a year is our service fee, not a government fee. Monitoring does not include a packet. A packet for a new window is a separate $49 order, and nothing is charged for one unless you place that order. No alert is sent just because a yearly payment is collected, and cancelling does not change any filing already made.
The renewal terms, in full
Read these before you enroll. They are the terms you are agreeing to.

| Renewal date | Your plan renews on the same calendar date each year: the anniversary of the date you enroll. For example, a plan started on March 10 renews on March 10 of each following year. |
| Automatic renewal | The plan renews automatically at $19 per year until you cancel. There is no separate order and no new consent at renewal; the charge runs on the card you pay with today unless you cancel first. |
| Renewal notice | We email you 15 to 45 days before each renewal charge. The email repeats the $19 renewal price and your renewal date, and states how to cancel. |
| How to cancel | Email support@appealpackets.com, or reply to any email from Appeal Packets, at any time. No reason is needed. |
| When cancellation takes effect | At the end of the paid year. The plan keeps running until that date, and no further charge is taken after it. There are no partial-year refunds unless a refund is stated in writing for your plan. |
| Confirmation | After you enroll, we email you a confirmation that repeats the renewal price, the renewal date rule, the notice window, and how to cancel. Keep it as your record of these terms. |
